On July 17, Salesforce unveiled its first fully autonomous AI agent, the Einstein Service Agent. It seamlessly integrates with business data and is available 24/7 across multiple channels. 

With robust privacy and security features, Einstein Service Agent ensures efficient customer support and smooth escalation to human agents for complex issues. This enhancement significantly boosts service team productivity. The Einstein Service Agent is expected to be generally available later this year.

Introducing Partner Connect

On July 23, Salesforce introduced Partner Connect, a new feature within its Partner Relationship Management solution. This tool provides real-time visibility into partner channel sales across various CRM platforms, simplifying deal coordination and enhancing collaboration. It includes field mapping and bi-directional integration, enabling automated updates and secure data sharing. 

Initially available this fall within Salesforce PRM, Partner Connect will first work between Salesforce orgs, with plans to expand to other major CRMs by next summer. This innovation aims to streamline partner selling processes and unlock new revenue opportunities.

Salesforce and Workday Collaboration

On July 24, Salesforce and Workday announced a strategic partnership to launch an AI-powered employee service agent. This new AI agent integrates Salesforce’s CRM data with Workday’s HR and financial data to automate tasks, provide personalized support, and deliver data-driven insights.

Key features include out-of-the-box components for quick case resolution, a Business Rules Engine for automated decision-making, and the My Service Journey app for discovering and implementing new capabilities.
