SG: Let’s get started. Why don’t we start from the beginning? Please tell us about your education/ career before entering the Salesforce ecosystem.

AB: I possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the EPITECH – European Institute of Technology and have garnered significant experience as a Digital Marketer. In addition, I have successfully established two online businesses. My expertise and entrepreneurial spirit make me a valuable asset to any team.

SG: That’s awesome. Now we would love to know what was the tipping point when you said, “I want to make this change,” and what was the trigger for that?

AB: I have long been a part of the Salesforce ecosystem and have had the opportunity to witness firsthand its incredible impact on the business world. The Salesforce Sydney Tour was a particularly memorable experience for me, as it solidified my desire to fully immerse myself in the Salesforce ecosystem and contribute to its continued success. As a resident of Sydney, I am well-positioned to make a meaningful impact on the Salesforce community here and beyond.

SG: You achieved many certs along the way. Can you share three things with us?

AB: I believe that certifications are just as important as hands-on experience. Obtaining a Salesforce certification not only helps to solidify your knowledge but also allows you to approach problem-solving in a different way. Just like an iPad constantly evolves with updates in hardware and software, we as humans must continually learn and grow through both practice and theory. That’s why I place such value on Salesforce certifications – they help to ensure that I am always operating at the top of my game.

SG: What do you enjoy most about your work as a certified Salesforce professional?

AB: As a Salesforce consultant, I have the unique opportunity to work within a vast ecosystem of interconnected products. It is incredibly rewarding to design solutions that seamlessly integrate various software, and the challenges that come with it only make it more exciting. There is nothing cooler than watching different products communicate effortlessly, thanks to the solutions that I have created.

SG: Time for gratitude!! Finally, is there anyone (individual or company) that you would like to take this opportunity to thank for their role in helping you along your journey? If Yes, what was their role in your success?

AB: My father has always been a coach and advisor to me, and his suggestion led me to pursue a career in Salesforce. He has consistently pushed me to go the extra mile and has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline and work ethic. From a young age, I have witnessed his tireless dedication and learned to emulate it in my endeavors. As a result, I am not afraid to put in the necessary hours to become the best at what I do. My father’s influence has been invaluable in shaping the person I am today.
