Salesforce continuously updates the Certification Exam structure to reflect changes in the product. As a result, it helps the learners upgrade their skills required to be value-adding users of the platform. The following key changes will be made to the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant exam effective from 4th November 2021.
- Realignment of the sub-topics
- Changes to the weighting of topics
- Additional Topic and Sub-Topics
The number of topics will be increased from 9 to 10 as per the table below. The weighting for the new topics is also being revised to increase the emphasis on the latest Sales Cloud productivity features and consulting best practices.

If you have booked your exam for after 4th November 2021, focus on new Sales Cloud productivity features and consulting practices. The weighting for these topics is being increased as per the new structure.
