Step 2: Linking Conga Collaborate with Salesforce
- Initiate a new browser tab and sign into your Salesforce account.
- In another tab, sign in to your Conga Collaborate account.
- Within Conga Collaborate, navigate to Administration > Integrations > Salesforce > Edit via your user dropdown menu.

Two Important things to remember
You must be signed in as the specific user who will manage the integration. It is not possible to set up the connection on behalf of another user through Salesforce’s ‘Grant Account Login Access’ feature. The designated internal Integration User must be the one initiating the ‘Connect to Salesforce.’
Once the connection is successfully established, a green checkmark will be displayed beside the Salesforce logo, along with a confirmation message. To confirm that Conga Collaborate is properly integrated with your Salesforce environment, check the Salesforce Organization ID displayed at the top of the Conga Collaborate page and ensure it corresponds with the ID of your Salesforce environment.
