Hey Salesforce mates, I am Muhammad Tiham Siddiqui, and my journey into the Salesforce ecosystem was nothing short of a miracle. During the challenging times of COVID-19, when so many people were facing job losses, I was a fresh graduate searching for my first opportunity. That is when Salesforce entered my life like a lifeline, offering me an unexpected yet exciting career path.

Coming from a full-stack development background, my transition to Salesforce was a fascinating experience. I got to explore everything from Salesforce Classic to the modern Lightning Experience. However, what truly captivated me was not just the technology but the ecosystem itself. The way Salesforce has built and nurtured its community, the sense of Ohana, and the culture of giving back are truly remarkable. 

Seeing how connected and supportive everyone is made me want to be part of this world. The continuous innovation and the excitement of keeping up with every new release kept me motivated. It has been an incredible journey filled with learning, challenges, and personal growth, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of this dynamic space.

Becoming a Trailblazer: A Moment of Accomplishment

One of the proudest moments in my Salesforce journey was stepping up to lead the Karachi Admin Trailblazer Group. I wanted to give back to the community, especially to those who were just starting out, and help them connect and support each other. Mentoring young professionals and guiding them through their early Salesforce careers has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. There is nothing quite like seeing someone grow, succeed, and thrive because of the support and knowledge shared within the community.

Being recognized at PakDreamin’ and receiving the Employee of the Year award were definite highlights, but my true joy comes from the impact I have made on the people around me. Seeing the enthusiasm of new Trailblazers, helping them find their paths, and knowing that I played a small role in their success is what keeps me going. The Salesforce community is built on the principle of giving back, and I am honored to be part of that mission.
