Job Creation and Workforce Upskilling

According to IDC, the UK Salesforce economy, driven by Salesforce and its network of partners, is expected to create over 500,000 jobs by 2028. To prepare the workforce for these opportunities, the Salesforce UK AI Center will focus on providing essential training and upskilling. 

The center will host its first free event, the AI Now Tour, on June 18, which aims to equip over 100 developers and administrative workers with the skills needed to build the next generation of AI applications. This event is part of Salesforce’s commitment to train 100,000 developers worldwide.

In addition to these efforts, Salesforce continues to offer upskilling opportunities through Trailhead, its free online learning platform. To date, Trailhead has helped more than 7 million people globally build their skills and prepare for the future of work with AI. In the UK alone, users have earned 2.9 million badges by completing various learning modules and projects.
