The EU Cloud Data Code of Conduct was established in 2017, and Salesforce is its founding member. The EU Cloud Data Code of Conduct is a charter that allows cloud service providers to easily conduct business with transparency and trust, following the General Data Protection Regulation rules. 

So, it will be crucial to provide high data security in the EU cloud computing market. 

2. Salesforce is named as “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion”

For the fourth consecutive year, Salesforce has managed to secure its name as the “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion” by the Global Inclusion and Equality Organisation. To secure a place on the list, the organisation must earn a score of 80 on the Disability Equality Index. And Salesforce topped the index with a 100 score. 

The news brings celebration in the Salesforce ecosystem because it shows the inclusive working environment of the Salesforce world. 

3. Fujitsu and Salesforce Japan Collaborate on Personalised Healthcare Solutions

Salesforce Japan decided to collaborate with Fujitsu Limited in June to build new critical solutions for the Japanese healthcare system. Fujitsu Limited is a leader in computer technologies and pharmaceutical and medical data. Both the parties in collaboration will now establish a creative digital product for the insurance organizations and popularise personalised insurance plans in Japan. 

With the help of AI, the organisations plan to monitor the disease risk and build a new and universal personalised insurance model for Japan. 

4. Salesforce Named a Leader in 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant

Salesforce announced that it has been recognised as a leader in the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs. The Multichannel Marketing Hub is a technology that arranges an organisation’s communications and provides the customer segments across various channels. 

Salesforce was evaluated for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and named as a leader for the fifth consecutive year. With the help of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer 360, organisations can now drive more information about their customers based on powerful data management and analytics.
