2. Digital Innovation Trends in Salesforce

According to research by Salesforce’s MuleSoft, seven themes are critical to addressing rising operational demands while preserving and improving customer and employee experiences. Automation, Composability, and IT democratization are among the seven trends to watch in 2023, per a report from Salesforce’s MuleSoft. The revelation comes as businesses focus on efficient and sustainable growth amid economic uncertainty in the coming year.

Furthering digital transformation, Salesforce announced ‘Patient 360 for Health innovations’ on Nov. 9. The new platform is built to put the patient at the center of everything. Thus assisting Salesforce’s healthcare ecosystem in delivering success through cost-efficient tools and automation to help boost productivity.

3. Climate Change Commitments 

Deepening its commitments to climate action and transparent reporting, Salesforce and global partners introduced a high-quality blue carbon framework at the just concluded 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27) summit in Egypt.

According to Salesforce, the “High-Quality Blue Carbon Principles and Guidance” joint effort offers a uniform strategy for ensuring that blue carbon credits enhance results for people, wildlife, and the climate.

 4. Cost Saving Report of Salesforce

Salesforce said enterprises across sectors and countries are saving significant cost savings, efficiency, and productivity gains based on a recent study of over 3,500 customers. As per the report, Salesforce announced that organizations are saving more than 25% on IT costs and an estimated 26% increase in employee productivity using Salesforce.

Salesforce also introduced a new Analytics Bundle to assist customers in increasing efficiency with Tableau and achieving success now. The new Bundle is created to assist organizations with a handy self-service platform. It will help save time and money. And it will help professionals gather real-time data and make decisions quickly. 

Continuing that trend, the company reported that Salesforce launched the New Marketing Effectiveness Bundle. On Nov. 17, Salesforce introduced the new Bundle. It aims to assist organizations in achieving customer satisfaction, consolidating marketing tech tools, and decreasing costs. 

5. Salesforce Sustainability Jobs

Committed to investing in the workforce of the future, Salesforce on Nov. 11 announced that it had onboarded 55,000 military members and their spouses on the path to learning digital skills. According to the company’s website, marking the milestone, Salesforce announced new ‘Green Tech’ career programs to help Military Trailblazers learn in-demand skills and build careers in tech.

The report also mentioned new data showing Salesforce has reached the 55k milestone, well ahead of its initial goal of 80,000 within five years.

(In November 2021, Salesforce said they would double their commitment to Military Trailblazers from 40,000 to 80,000 over the following five years.) Salesforce also disclosed that Mulesoft is a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Full Life Cycle API Management in 2022.
