Registration
Registration
- You are not required to register to use the Website. However certain features on the Website may only be available if you do register.
- When you register, we may provide you with an initial password (which you may be able to change at a later stage) and user name which is personal to you. You must keep any user name and password that are allocated to you private, and not disclose them to any other person. If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can request that we send a reminder email containing your password to your registered email address.
- You may cancel your registration, by notifying us at support@saasguru.co and providing your user name.
- We may suspend or cancel your registration, either temporarily or permanently, if you breach, or we reasonably believe you have breached, any of these terms of use.
Eligibility
If you are under the age of 13 years, you may not create an account. If you are 13 or older but under the age of 18, you represent that you have reviewed these terms of use with your parent or legal guardian to make sure that you and your parent or legal guardian understand these terms of use. If you are a parent or guardian permitting a person under the age of 18 (a Minor) to create an account, you agree to these terms of use on behalf of that person.

- These terms of use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you are resident in Australia, each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State or Territory in which you ordinarily reside. If you are not resident in Australia, each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
- Nothing in these terms of use limits any liability we or you may have in connection with any representations or other communications (either oral or written) made prior to these terms of use, where such liability cannot be excluded (including under section 18 of the Australian Consumer Law).
- Subject to paragraph (4), these terms of use supersede all previous agreements, understandings, negotiations, representations and warranties about its subject matter and embodies the entire agreement between the parties about its subject matter.
- Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under these terms if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond that party’s reasonable control.
- Your use of the Website is conducted electronically, and you agree that we may communicate with you electronically for all aspects of your use of the Website, including sending you electronic notices.
- The provisions of these terms of use which by their nature survive termination or expiry of these terms of use will survive termination or expiry of these terms of use.

Bootcamp Terms and Conditions
This Bootcamp Terms and Conditions are agreed between GradVantage Holding Pty Ltd, a company incorporated in NSW (Hereinafter to be referred to as saasguru), Australia, and the Learner.
WHEREAS:
(1) saasguru is providing online Salesforce Training Bootcamp (Services).
(2) The Learner is interested in availing the Services as per the terms of this Agreement.
The Parties agree as follows:
Schedule And Fee
The Learner shall be liable to pay an agreed FEE for the training program to saasguru prior to commencement of the program. The Fee shall be non-refundable except as set out under this Agreement. The scope of Services and the course content shall be as per the detail on this webpage: https://www.saasguru.co/salesforce-bootcamp/ (Course).
Term And Termination
This Agreement shall come into effect on the date of payment of Fee, full or installment, and shall remain in effect 90 days after completion of the Services by saasguru to the Learner.
Learner Conduct
The Learner is required to use their best endeavors to meet the requirements of the Course and to abide by the rules and regulations of the Course. If the Learner breaches any of Course rules or if their behavior is deemed unacceptable by saasguru, the Learners enrolment will be cancelled, and the Learner will not be entitled to any refund of the Fees.
Confidential Information
Learner acknowledges that during the course of participation in the programs, they may gain access to confidential information. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, program content, course materials, instructional methodologies, fee structures, pricing details, proprietary software, trade secrets, and other proprietary information disclosed by saasguru
Non-Disclosure Obligation
Learner agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information obtained from saasguru, both during and after their participation in the programs. Recipient shall not disclose, directly or indirectly, any confidential information to any third party, including but not limited to fellow learners, family members, friends, colleagues, or associates, without prior written consent.
Right To Use The Course Material
All intellectual property rights in any Course material provided by saasguru are and remain owned by us. Learner may only use the training material to assist in the Course, and for no other purpose. It cannot be copied or shared either physically or electronically. In this clause, training material includes any training content, or any note made by Learner during the training session.
Cohort Movement
Learners are allowed strictly one movement of cohort, subject to approval, and saasguru reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of USD $50.00 for processing such requests. Any subsequent requests for movement will require re-enrollment, and the full fee will be payable.
Exam Certification Cost
saasguru training program fee does not cover Salesforce’s certification cost. Learners are required to pay for the exam certification costs separately to Salesforce.
Job Readiness Services
saasguru offers job readiness services, including but not limited to resume revision, mock interview practice, and connection to a network of hiring companies. These services are intended to enhance users’ readiness for employment opportunities but do not assure job placement. saasguru does not guarantee job placement upon the completion of its programs or services. Any statements, express or implied, regarding job placement, employment prospects, or career outcomes are for informational purposes only and shall not be considered binding commitments.
Liability
saasguru liability under or in connection with the Terms or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees paid for the Services to which the liability relates. Without limiting the previous sentence, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage, or for loss of profit, savings, business, revenue, and/or goodwill, arising under or in connection with the Terms or relating to the training. There is no guarantee of an employment referred to, implicit or explicit, after completion of saasguru training program.
Modification Of Services
saasguru reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of its services or programs at its sole discretion. Such modifications will not create an obligation to provide any specific services beyond those already paid for by users.
Governing Law And Juridiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the local laws, and the courts within whose jurisdiction the Learner resides shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of this Agreement.
SaaS Pass Subscription Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to saasguru! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our courses, labs, mini-programs, and any other features (collectively, the “Services”), provided by saasguru Pty Ltd (“SaaSguru”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Account Terms
To create and manage an account, users must provide accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. saasguru reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Subscription Plans – saaspass
saasguru offers monthly and annual subscription plans ( saaspass) that provide unlimited access to our content. Upon subscribing, you are entitled to a 7-day free trial period. If you do not cancel your subscription within the trial period, we will begin to charge you according to the plan you’ve chosen.
Billing and Payments
All payments for our Services are processed using third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your account accordingly. Subscription fees are charged in advance, either monthly or annually, based on your chosen plan.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
saasguru reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service and change prices upon reasonable notice to users. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Third-Party Services
Our service may integrate with third-party services. saasguru is not responsible for the operation, functionality, or any failures of third-party services.
User Conduct
Using our Services, you agree not to share your account details with others or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent. You also agree to not engage in any unlawful or disruptive activities while using our Services. Users must not use the service for unlawful, prohibited, or abusive purposes
Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Services is the property of saasguru and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Saasguru will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using the service.
Governing Law
